I’ve spent nearly two decades delivering under pressure, from global events at Red Bull to digital product teams navigating constant change.

I combine execution experience (Red Bull, adidas, tech) with performance science (MSc in Mental Strength, Austrian Sports University).

I run ultramarathons. That’s where I learned what clarity under pressure really takes.
