Weekly or bi-weekly sessions (60-90 min, depending on package). You practice. You learn tools. You see patterns. You get visible on what was holding you. This is not me solving your problem. This is you learning how to manage yourself and get back into your full power.
05 — Check-ins
We review what's working, adjust as needed, keep you on track toward your goal.
The result: You move from stuck to living your potential.

WHY ME
I've actually done this.
I ran my first 100km ultramarathon. Not because I was born athletic. I wasn't.
I moved to Spain and built a life there from zero. No established network. New language. New culture.
I started my own business despite all the fears.
And I studied the science behind mental coaching. Master's degree. Certified counselor.
I don't only teach what I learned. I teach what I lived.
