The story behind my work.
Most delivery coaches talk about pressure. I run through it.
20 years delivering under pressure: Red Bull, adidas, global product teams. Ultrarunner. MSc in Mental Coaching. I know what clarity under real pressure takes.
“Ultrarunning is not a metaphor for me. It is practice.”
You do not finish a 100-km race by forcing intensity every day. You finish by managing load, protecting your focus, and staying calm when the conditions get difficult.
That is the same thing I see in product delivery. Teams do not slow down because people stop caring. They slow down when clarity erodes and no one has the space to think.
Why Extra Mile.
Most of the leaders I work with are not looking for motivation. They are already going the extra mile, they have been for months. What they are missing is not effort. It is clarity.
The name is not about pushing harder. It is about helping you keep going, with the clarity and rhythm that makes sustained delivery possible, even when the pressure does not let up.
Where I come from
Across nearly two decades I have delivered in some of the most demanding environments in sport and technology. At Red Bull I worked on global events and content at extraordinary scale. At adidas and Runtastic I built and led a Sports Science team for the adidas Running App, integrated science-based digital training at product level, and navigated complex stakeholder environments across a global organisation. I have also worked in early-stage startups, where the pace is different but the pressure is just as real.
I hold an MSc in Mental Strength Coaching from the Austrian Sports University, focused on behaviour, motivation, and resilience under sustained pressure. I am also a certified psychological coach and Scrum certified.
That combination, execution experience and performance science, is not background. It shapes how I read a team under pressure, how I identify what is actually causing slowdown, and how I design the work we do together.
How I work
I work directly with product leaders and their teams. The focus is always practical: find where delivery is slowing down, restore clarity, protect execution time. No frameworks sold in advance. No generic workshops. The work fits the situation.
Two ways to work together:
Team Clarity Coaching — support for the humans delivering. When the challenge sits in communication, decisions, pressure, or team friction.
Product Delivery Support — support for the delivery itself. When priorities, stakeholder alignment, and execution rhythm need direct attention.
