MENTAL STRENGTH COACHING · EN / DEClarity under
pressure.
For founders and leaders who carry the load. The one everyone looks to when it wobbles. I help you get your head clear again, so you lead from a steady place instead of reacting all day.
Mental strength coaching - practical, direct, built around your real situation.
THE REAL PATTERN
You don't have a performance problem. You have a clarity problem.
You're not underperforming. You're overloaded.
Everyone moves faster. Tools multiply. Decisions compress. And somewhere in the acceleration, the most important question got lost: what actually matters right now?
That's not weakness. You're running hard on terrain nobody mapped for you.
More speed won't fix it. Clarity will. And clarity is trainable.
— We ship a lot. But nothing feels like it mattered.
— My head won't switch off, not on weekends, not at night.
— I'm performing. But I'm just functioning.
— I make decisions all day. I'm not confident in most of them.
— Everything is urgent. I can't tell what's actually important anymore.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
If two of these landed uncomfortably close: you're not stuck on willpower. You're stuck on clarity. And that gap is fixable.
THE FRAMEWORK
The Extra Mile Method
The extra mile was never about pushing harder. It’s about being clear-headed enough to know what the next step actually is. Ultrarunners who finish aren’t the fastest. They’re the clearest. The same is true for anyone who carries the load.
01
Clarity
Know why you're running.
See the real problem you're solving, not the assumed one. Separate what matters from the noise and learn to read the signals your body sends. They're a second source of insight your head alone misses.
02
Rhythm
Find your pace, don't sprint
Make quality decisions consistently over time, not just in crisis moments.
03
Recovery
Stopping is part of performance
Protect the energy your decisions actually run on. Simple breathing and body-awareness tools you can use in the moment small shifts that steady the head when pressure spikes.
04
Direction
Know where the course goes
Keep priorities stable even when everything around you is shifting.
WHAT CHANGES
Ultramarathons taught me something about the gap between stuck and moving.
The runners who finish aren't the strongest. They're the clearest. They know where they're running and why.
They know which steps matter and which are just noise. When you have that clarity, something shifts:
BEFORE
AFTER
— Exhausted from effort that feels directionless
— Decisions hold, you know what matters
— Performing on the outside, frozen on the inside
— Leading with a steady head, fully there
— Pushing harder, hoping effort closes the gap
—Moving with clarity, not force
— Energy returns, clarity and focus makes the pace sustainable
— Deciding all day, confident in almost none
— Everything urgent, nothing clear
— Stable priorities, even when everything shifts
The difference isn't that you work harder. The difference is that you work with clarity. That's what happens in coaching.
WHY ME
I've led under that exact pressure.
For 20 years I worked where performance really mattered:global events at Red Bull, digital products at adidas and Runtastic, transformation under real pressure. I've been the leader trying to hold clarity while everything moved faster.
I've also run ultramarathons across deserts. Same lesson on every start line and in every product crisis: you don't win by pushing harder. You win with clarity, pacing, and better decisions when you're already tired.
That's what I train. Sports scientist and mental strength coach (MSc) and someone who knows the overloaded brain from the inside, my own included.
Ultrarunning isn't a metaphor. It's practice.

COACHING RESULTS
What People Are Saying
I'm very much a head person. For a long time I barely noticed what was happening in my body. Christina showed me how much information lies there, and how small shifts in breathing and physical sensations can change my thoughts. I expected something abstract; instead I gained a concrete tool I use in everyday situations. What changed for me is the clarity: in moments where I used to be caught in my own head, I now have a second source of insight and that often makes the next step more obvious.
