I work with the Mentalcollege Approach, developed in cooperation with the University of Salzburg. It's backed by more than 1,400 documented cases proving its effectiveness.

The method works with three core interventions:

Suggestions

— Replacing limiting narratives with language that opens doors

Imagination

— Mental rehearsal and building your internal experience before facing it externally

Confrontation

— In safe imagination, you face what you're avoiding and prove to yourself you can handle it

The goal of all three: Strengthening your internal locus of control - your belief that you can actually influence your own life and outcomes.

Because that's what separates people who achieve their goals from people who quit.
